INPA was founded by Emilio Innocenti and his wife Franca in 1959 in the town of Vinci, birthplace of the famous Leonardo da Vinci. Today, as then, our children and grandchildren continue the production of pickles and preserves with the same passion and dedication that has distinguished us for 60 years, with an eye to technological innovation and environmental sustainability.

CLEAN ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT

The company, certified according to the ISO 14001 standard since 2007, has always demonstrated strong sensitivity to environmental issues and is committed to contributing through the implementation of concrete projects. With the help of expert and qualified consultants, a number of precise and achievable objectives in the short term have been identified:

REDUCTION OF WATER CONSUMPTION

Optimization and reduction of water consumption during the production process.

CLEAN ENERGY

Installation of solar panels on the roof of the factory and installation of a modular burner to improve energy efficiency.

EMERGENCY ENVIRONMENTAL PROCEDURE

Continuous updating of emergency environmental procedures. Optimization of use of detergents and sanitizers for cleaning.

RECYCLABLE PACKAGING

Reduction in the amount of packaging used and an ongoing search for 100% recyclable alternative packaging.

QUALITY CHECK

Our laboratory analysis results are verified monthly by accredited laboratories that participate in periodic ring tests. Our laboratory guarantees traceability throughout our production system using a cutting-edge system that manages the batches of materials and the finished product with barcode readers. Every year we carry out:
